Who is the program for?

– Parents

– Health Care Workers & Students

– Carers

– anyone who cares for others either at home, work or in the community (essentially everyone).

What does it include?

6 weekly 1 hour Yoga of Stillness sessions (first one 1.5 hours)

3 weekly emails + 1 weekly reflective activity

A Yoga of Stillness Self-Care Program to support people at all stages in their development of self-care. This is an opportunity to reflect on the role you play at work or at home, to deepen your quality of presence and connect with the details that will either reset your foundations in self-care or deepen what is already developed. This program will consist of 6 weekly Yoga of Stillness sessions, on the Zoom platform. For those unable to attend the live sessions on Zoom, participation will be available throughout the week following the live session. Alongside the Yoga of Stillness sessions, each participant will receive 3 weekly emails to check in on various aspects of self-care throughout the program plus one weekly self-reflective activity.

The first session on Monday 9th November from 6:30 to 8pm will be for 1.5 hours including an introduction to the program, with the weekly sessions completing on the 14th December and the program officially completing on the 21st December.
